How it works
Transparent pricing, a real guarantee, and a human on the other end.
What you actually pay, what happens if a ticket fails, and who answers when you reach out — spelled out below.
Transparent fees
What you actually pay
Three lines on every receipt: a buyer fee, a seller fee, and ZoneSix's platform margin. No add-ons, no surprises.
Buyer fee — 10%
Added to the listed ticket price. This is the line the all-in price on every listing already shows.
Seller fee — 5%
Paid out of the seller's side. Affects what we pay our inventory sources, never what you pay.
Platform margin — 4%
What ZoneSix keeps after marketplace pass-throughs. Itemized on every receipt.
Worked examples
| Ticket | Listed price | Buyer fee | Seller fee | Platform margin | All-in total |

| Upper deck — value | $89.00 | $8.90 | $4.45 | $3.56 | $97.90 |
